If you have received the message, there should be a URL contained within which you must visit through your phone in order to confirm.

Our record show that you have a Nokia 6101, for Nokias you typically do the following to get to the website (from Nokia instructions)

"To extract phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and Web site addresses from
the current message, select Options> Use detail "

Sorry for the confusion, but in order to confirm you need to vist the URL inside the text we send to your phone. There should be a web address as the text message.

Basically you will be browsing a web page through your mobile, as you may have done with Vodafone live or a similar service. It is not necessary to text us a reply.

By visiting the url we send and clicking a 'confirm' link on that page you let us know that you can in fact download content in the manner in which we send it.

See the instruction below on how to access a url inside a text message for a Nokia.

If you have used up your confirmation attempts, simply remove your phone and re-add it. Or we will be happy to reset it again for you.
