It looks like there was a small bug in admin, which is why we weren't notified. We'll have that sorted for you by the end of the day. Sorry about that!

That's fixed now, so thanks for bringing that to our attention. You should get an email confirming your payment in the next few minutes.

There was a bug at our end where our admin was only picking up completed sales - you had one sale where the content pickup was incomplete and it wasn't including this sale in your total at our end, although the payment section on your profile showed the correct amount. So we've fixed this to pick up all sales regardless of completion status, so the problem shouldn't appear again. We've also fixed the payments email on your sales and payments page.

Hi There,

If you go to your voeveo page, there is a link under 'For You', called 'Sales & Payments'. This will list your sales made and amount owed. We pay monthly as long as you go over our set threshold, otherwise the amount rolls over to the next month.

I think there is another issue.

According to the payment page a payment was made on the 15th August but as of today I still haven't received the payment in my Paypal Account.
I have checked the Paypal email address on the page and it is correct. Can you please look into this?

So sorry - this is totally my fault! I misspelt your paypal email address. Apologies.
I've just sent the payment again. Please let me know that it comes through. It should be almost instant.

So sorry for the trouble. And I'll make sure to log in and check seller payments get picked up in the future.
