<Strong>How do I find out what phone Model I have?</Strong><br> There are several methods to determine what model phone you have, here are some common ways to find out exactly what model you have: <Strong>1.</Strong> One method is when you want to add a mobile phone for your voeveo profile, first select the brand (Manufacturer) of your phone, this will load up a list of Models to choose from. You can hover your mouse cursor over the Model name and you should see a photo of that phone. Other Sites on the net that review phones such as phonescoop.com also have an extensive list of phones with their photos: <a href="http://www.phonescoop.com/phones">see here</a> <Strong>2.</Strong>Check your mobile phone's <strong>original packaging/user manual</strong> <Strong>3.</Strong>Turn the phone off and <strong>remove the battery</strong>. Usually you will find a <strong>sticker</strong> on the phone body beneath the battery that will list the phone model number (don't confuse yourself with the sticker on the battery - thats the battery model) <Strong>4.</Strong> Check out phone details stored in the mobile, its usually found in <strong>settings</strong> e.g In most blackberry phones you can select: Settings/Options->About e.g In most Sony Ericsson phones you can select: Settings > Phone status Of course If you find that you have a phone model that is not listed on voeveo yet, you can report it to us ( click the link next to Phone Model that says <strong>"Your model not listed? Tell us and we'll add it"</strong>) and we will add it ASAP!

Some networks insist on blocking all content from third parties - they want you to buy content from them and no-one else. So until Bell change this policy we are unable to sell to Bell customers. Hi Blacksunshine, The message has been delivered to your service provider and is now waiting for them to deliver it to your phone. We've had trouble delivering to Bell Mobility in the past - they appear to block messages and content from third parties (ie anyone who is not Bell Mobility). Unfortunately it looks like we'll have to remove Bell Mobility from our list of supported networks. Its a real shame when networks cheat their customers out of the full mobile internet service.

Hi Drew, I see what you mean there, I'll let you know when thats fixed. However, in the meantime you should be fine with just 3gp and Mp4 videos - that covers 99% of phones that are compatible with videos. Generally if a phone is compatible with rm files it will almost certainly be compatible with 3gp or Mp4 as well.

Hi Bruce, Currently there is no function on voeveo to allow you to upload pdfs or text files, but there is nothing to stop you linking to these on your own site. For example, we have no problem with you adding a link in your content description saying "click <u>here</u> to download your instructions", with the link going to the pdf on your site. Hope that helps for now. If enough people were interested in uploading instruction files for their content we could certainly look into it for the future.

Sure, no problem. A really good program to use for audio conversion is the Switch Audio converter. Theres a free 30 day trial version available <a target=new href="http://www.download.com/Switch/3000-2140_4-10327491.html?cdlPid=10831233">here</a>. The goal is to aim for a good balance between small file size and good sound quality: 300 kilobytes or less is a good size to aim for. We've found that an mp3 ringtone with a bitrate of 64kbps still has good enough sound quality for mobiles (remember its going to be played through the phones speaker, not through headphones, so doesn't have to be amazing sound quality), while still being a nice small file size. I'd also recommend converting to wma, aac and amr sound formats to maximise your compatibility. Wav's are also popular and of good quality, but are by far the biggest in terms of file size. You may wish to add a wav version anyway, to give the buyer the option of a higher quality file. Hope that helps.
